  2. Excellent advice! Especially about having the policies in place to help you maintain control for your business when you aren’t there. Having a good working agreement can also save you from having to answer a ton of questions and helps you give a consistent answer each time.

    There’s a lot to be said for standardization. Why re-invent the wheel? That’s what policies and procedures offer you as a business owner. How do you implement then? Having a template makes all the difference.
