Information on Booking Feature
The Booking feature allows you the option to have clients book you directly, online.
This is an optional feature and is not mandatory, but will allow you the opportunity to get new clients without the hassle of communication back and forth. Many clients like and use this feature. Allowing the booking option on your provider page will get you more clients!
How it works:
Once you are signed up as a Premium or Featured provider, you will have the option to set your pricing and availability.
The client will view your profile and schedule, book a session and pay online. You will then receive a confirmation email where you can review the client information and confirm the appointment. If you would prefer to speak to the client before the session, you can contact them directly.
We will collect a 10% service fee on each transaction when a client books through us.
How to set up the Booking option:
Login to your provider page.
Under “Postal Codes”, choose the postal codes of the towns/cities you would like to service.
To set your availability:
Click on the “Availability” tab
Choose the day
Choose the block of time you want to show for each session (for example, if you want to offer a session from 10:00am-1:00pm then choose all of the time blocks from 10am-12:30pm).
*We recommend that you offer time blocks of at least 2-4 hours and leave time in between sessions for travel)
Choose the number of sessions you want to have available during each time block. If you are an individual, then choose “1”. If you have multiple staff members available at the same time, then you can choose as many as you have.
Click “Submit”
To set up your services (pricing):
Click on “My Services” tab
Click “Add a Service”
Name the service (ie: Three Hours of Organizing)
Choose the amount
Add any details you would like
Click “Create”
